Cilka’s Journey is one of 49 books nominated by libraries around the world for the 2021 DUBLIN Literary Award, sponsored by Dublin City Council. Now in its 26th year, this Award is the world’s most valuable annual prize for a single work of fiction published in English. All the longlisted works have been nominated by libraries from 30 countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, the US & Canada, South America and Australia & New Zealand. Heather’s sequel to The Tattooist of Auschwitz, Cilka’s Journey has been shortlisted at the Plebiscycie Książka Roku 2020 Awards! The Plebiscycie Książka Roku is in it’s sixth year and is the largest Book Awards decided by the public in Poland. The Australian Publishers Association announced their longlist for the 2020 Australian Book Industry Awards (ABIAs), and we are delighted to share that Heather’s second novel, “Cilka’s Journey” has made the list in the General Fiction Book of the Year category! Cilka’s Journey Nominated for Best Fiction at the 2020 Audie Awards!
Founded in 1995, the Audie Awards represent the premier awards program in the United States, recognising distinction in audiobooks and spoken word entertainment. And we are delighted to announce that Heather’s second book, Cilka’s Journey, is a Finalist in the Best Fiction category for the 2020 Awards! The Audio Publishers Association has announced all the finalists in 24 categories for the 25th annual Audie Awards, which will be held at a gala, hosted by CBS Sunday Morning correspondent Mo Rocca, at Guastavino’s in New York on March 2.
